This course explores how we value ourselves, how to grow self-confidence, and how to enjoy the energy and enthusiasm that comes from genuine self-knowledge and self-acknowledgement.

It’s about how to build self-confidence based on truthful self-knowledge and enjoy experiencing your own unique personality and character. Five 2-hour sessions, packed with ideas, insights, and opportunities to progress:
Session 1. SOURCES OF SELF-DIMINISHMENT
“The more we try to defend ourselves the more we end up attacking ourselves.”
Learn about the unconscious cycle that can lead to progressive loss of confidence, self-trust, and self-esteem. Learn simple ways to reverse this process and to challenge your own self-judgments. Build confidence in your own ability to manage your thoughts and your life.
Session 2. ESTABLISHING SELF-CONFIDENCE
“When we recognise ourselves for who we really are, the healing from within can begin.”
Learn about the significance and importance of constructive self-awareness and how to use this to create a lasting foundation for personal growth. Learn about centering and how to release unwanted feelings.

Session 3. STRENGTHENING SELF-CONFIDENCE
“True self-confidence is built on a foundation of wisdom and trust, not arrogance.”
Learn how to manage your own development and grow your self-confidence over time. Learn how to convert your self-critic into your own personal source of wisdom.
Session 4. CHOOSING SELF-ESTEEM
“Whatever our situation, we can choose to nurture our healthy selves.”
Learn to choose ways of being that will support you, ways of dealing with the inevitable challenges, and ways to recover from slipping back into old habits. Increase your determination and perseverance.
Session 5. ENERGISING SELF
“Self-confidence means little in isolation, to enjoy our self means making sense of how we go about our lives.”
Learn about how to enjoy yourself more. Learn to boost your energy and enthusiasm. Learn to honour your self and make choices that you are proud of.

What’s the course about?
It’s about how to live life from our deepest intentions. Five 2-hour sessions, packed with ideas, insights, and opportunities to progress:
Session 1. IGNITING INTENTION
“If we are not in touch with our true inner self, our aspirations will tend to come out as desperations.”
Learn about becoming more calm-attentive. Learn to trust yourself more to ‘know’ what to do next and to tune in to your own intuition. Build confidence in your own ability to manage your thoughts and your life.
Session 2. EXPLORING OUR PASSION
“To be in touch with our passion is to experience the thrill of life flowing through us.”
Learn about the significance and importance of becoming aware of and listening to our own intuitive ‘voice within’. Learn to connect to passion and life-long wants through feelings and our in-built sense of ‘aliveness’.
Session 3. GETTING THE BIGGER PICTURE
“Yearnings and longings are expressions of passion improperly understood.”
Learn about deepening your wants and exploring your meanings in life. Learn to discern your own personal motivations and aspirations.
Session 4. WHEN PASSION MEETS REALITY
“Whatever starts with passion inevitably requires guidance to become reality.”
Learn about achieving objectives through making goals realistic. Learn to take account of limitations and build on strengths. Become aware of the action/learning cycle: I can, I will, I am.
Session 5. EMPOWERMENT THROUGH MOTIVATION
“Life is led and lived from within. When we choose to manage what is ours to manage and lead our own lives from a place of respect, we also open to achievement, enjoyment, and growth.”
Learn about building and maintaining motivation. Learn to generate hope, enthusiasm, and determination. Build confidence using truthful self-acknowledgment - a ‘way’ of life.
